Position: Data Center Technician Location: Virginia Beach, VA (Onsite) Duration: 24-36+ Month Contract Key Responsibilities: • Provide on-site support for Dell servers and enterprise data center hardware. • Install, upgrade, and replace server components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.). • Perform server builds, hardware replacements, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance. • Troubleshoot server hardware, firmware, and Linux operating system issues. • Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime. • Document service activities and participate in an on-call rotation. Required Skills: • 3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise servers or data center hardware. • Hands-on experience with Dell or similar enterprise server platforms. • Linux administration and troubleshooting experience. • Strong server hardware troubleshooting skills. • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills. • Dell certifications are a plus but not required.
