1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating or using an account, including your name, email address, account role, profile information, job preferences, résumé files, applications, screening answers, support requests, messages, and security settings. Employer accounts may also provide business, company-profile, subscription, and billing-related information.

We also process basic technical and activity information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request timestamps, authentication activity, and application status changes.

2. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, display approved jobs and company profiles, save résumés and searches, submit applications, deliver private messages and notifications, provide job recommendations, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability.

3. Résumé and application access

Résumés are private by default. A job seeker, authorized TalentXBridge administrators, and an employer receiving an application may access the specific résumé attached to that application. Employers do not receive unrestricted access to every résumé merely by creating an account.

We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and optional AI-related functionality. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the platform.

4. Job matching and AI-related features

TalentXBridge may compare profile information with job content to generate recommendations or match scores. These tools support discovery and do not make final hiring decisions. Candidates should keep profile information accurate and employers remain responsible for reviewing applications fairly.

5. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Résumé files must be stored in the platform’s configured persistent upload storage. Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain application records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

6. Your choices

You can update profile information, delete unused résumés, pause or delete job alerts, change email preferences, and request assistance with account or data access through the support form. A résumé attached to an existing application may be retained so the employer can review the application record.

7. Children

TalentXBridge is intended for people legally able to seek employment and is not directed to children under 13.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
